Cancellation & Refund Policy

At EvoTax India, we are committed to delivering accurate, timely, and professional tax and compliance services. Due to the personalized and regulatory nature of our services, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.
1. Service Cancellation Policy
Before Work Has Started
Clients may request cancellation before any work has commenced.
- If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and before document review or consultation has begun, a full refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
After Work Has Started
If our team has initiated document review, consultation, tax computation, drafting, or compliance preparation:
- Cancellation requests will be accepted.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting charges for work already completed.
After Filing or Submission
Once a return, registration, or compliance filing has been submitted to the Income Tax Department, GST portal, or any statutory authority:
No cancellation or refund will be applicable.
2. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery:

| Filing completed/submitted | No refund |
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
3. Consultation & Advisory Services
- Fees paid for tax consultations, advisory sessions, or tax planning meetings are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
4. Client Non-Responsiveness
If required documents or information are not provided within 30 days of payment, the service may be marked as inactive.
- Reactivation may require additional charges.
5. Government Fees & Third-Party Charges
Government fees, statutory filing charges, and third-party payments are:
- Non-refundable
- Subject to respective government authority policies
6. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service
EvoTax India reserves the right to:
- Refuse service if incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.
- Cancel services in case of non-compliance with legal requirements.
Refunds, if any, will be evaluated at management's discretion.
